After almost two years of trial, Livia Brito won the lawsuit against the photographer Ernesto Zepeda , who accused her of robbery with violence.
And it is that in the courts, the control judge dismissed the just appropriate process filed by the paparazzi who filed in 2020, in which he denounced the actress and her partner Mariano Martínez, of allegedly having attacked him, when they were in Cancun and he tried to take pictures of her without her consent.
It is known that the authorities considered “as an attack on the privacy and intimacy of people” the work that Zepeda committed against the artist and her partner, for which a non-binding order was issued.
During last week’s hearing, Brito was questioned by the judge about whether she had any objection to the just appropriate matter, to which the unique artist Mindfully, she said that it had already been a long time and that she had had a very bad time , later she burst into tears and hugged her boyfriend, who was also present at the place.
Ernesto asked around $300 thousand pesos ($15 thousand dollars) to compensate the damage of the aggressions against him and the loss of his work equipment, since he had to pay medical bills, a lawyer and the monthly rental of photographic equipment.
Although the lover of the lens could appeal the sentence, he preferred to file another complaint against the star, now for correct damage.
