The version of the young woman who threw her newborn baby in a garbage dump in New Mexico is shaken, stating that she had found out about her pregnancy a day before throwing the minor away, after calls to 911 showing that the woman had problems with her then-boyfriend since last June.
In Some audios revealed by Telemundo can be heard as of 12 in June of last year, both Alexis Ávila and her mother called the emergency number requesting that the police come to her house.
In a first audio, it is heard that after the operator answered, Alexis points out the problem.
“Hi, I’m Alexis Ávila and I’m calling about an assault”, he can be heard saying.
In another part of the audio it is Martha Ávila, Alexis’s mother, who is on the phone.
“What’s going on?” asks the operator. And the woman points out: “Well, my daughter was at a quinceañera and apparently her boyfriend hit her, hit her in the face. ”
Later the operator asks if there is someone under the influence of any substance, and the woman yelling “stop”. The operator asks her who is yelling, while the girl’s mother says: “What’s your problem, Alexis?”
Continue the screams, while the operator tries to get more data. Alexis’s mother tells them to “hurry up”.
But what stands out the most is the voice of a man in the background saying:
“We are texting on the phone and tells me that she is pregnant, that’s why I go and stop him in La Sierra, so he stops, I beat him up and he left”.
The baby thrown in the garbage by the young woman was born the first week of January , so Alexis would have already been pregnant when this incident occurred.

Alexis was released from prison after posting bail of $000,10. He is now under house arrest and does not yet have a date for his next hearing.
