This Friday a dangerous gang member of the MS13 (Mara Salvatrucha) was captured, after having attacked officers of the police of Ahuachapán, in El Salvador.
The offender was identified as José Benjamín Cabrera, alias “Mincho”, who responded by attacking the patrol with a M16, according to the authorities.
“Our troops repelled the attack, only the gang member being injured, who was transferred to a health center, where he is heavily guarded, leaving shell casings and the rifle he used in the attack on the scene,” the Salvadoran police detailed on their Twitter account.
The subject will be charged with the crimes of imperfect aggravated homicide and carrying weapons of war; “This gang member will spend decades in jail,” the authorities stated.
