After the news was released, the new member of the Pittsburgh team, expressed his joy at this new step in his career and thanked those who have given him the confidence to be part of this new story that is unfolding in the Major Leagues.

“I am thrilled to announce that I have accepted the position of Developmental Coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates” Callahan wrote on his LinkedIn account. “Thanks to Michael Chernow and [coordinador de tecnología de video de liga menor] Marc Roche for bringing me to Florida in November and extending this incredible offer.
