subject-who-threw-a-woman-to-death-in-the-subway-in-times-square-shows-no-remorse:-“i-am-god,-i-can-do-it”

It was around 10 on Saturday morning, when Simon Martial, from 61 years old, he threw a woman in front of a Subway train at the Times Square station, causing her death.

Instead of showing remorse, the subject admitted having done it, because he claimed to be “God”.

Yes, because I am God. Yes, I do. I am God, I can do it”, shouted Martial, when he was arrested, according to a report by The New York Post.

When asked why he had done it, the homeless man said that the victim had stolen his jacket.

Michelle Alyssa Go, aged 40 was waiting for the arrival of the Line train R, when she was pushed onto the tracks and was run over, confirmed the Police.

“This incident was unprovoked and the victim does not seem to have any interaction with the subject ”, said the commissioner of the NYPD, Keechant Sewell, at a press conference.

Deputy Police Chief Jason Wilcox said that the man had first approached another woman, who quickly walked away.

“She feels that he was to the point of physically pushing her onto the train,” Wilcox said. “As he walks away, he witnesses how he pushes our other victim in front of the train.”

Josette, alleged sister of the person involved, said that he has a history of mental illness.

The deadly attack intensified the debate on attacks on Asians in New York.

Wai Wah Chin, founding president of the Greater Chinese American Citizens Alliance New York, demanded action.

“This is a horrible attack against another of our citizens. This has to stop,” he said.

On 31 last December, Yao Pan Ma, 61 years old, who was brutally attacked in Harlem last year died after several months hospitalized, confirmed the NYPD.
