trump-reinforces-his-speech-against-biden-and-advances-“red-wave”-in-the-2022-elections

He has not yet officially launched his campaign towards 2024, but at his rally in Arizona former President Donald Trump sounded as if was in that mood and reinforced his criticism of President Joe Biden, promising a “red wave” in the midterm elections next November.

“A big red wave will start right here in Arizona”, Trump said. “This is the year we take back the House, this is the year we take back the Senate, and this is the year we take back America.”

According to a Daily Mail report, the former president has raised $54 million dollars for his campaign, which he has not officially launched, but at his event in Florence, Arizona, he returned to talk about its convening power.

“I competed twice and we won twice”, he said, assuming as true the false result he claims he had in 115 with his theories of fraud. “This crowd is a massive symbol of what happened, because people are hungry for the truth. They want to recover their country”.

The Republican has significant support among the voters of his party, since the 54 percent supports his possible candidacy in 2024, far from 11 percent who elected the governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, and the 8 percent who support the former vice president Mike Pence, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll, the first published this year.

Trump took advantage of his audience and addressed the coronavirus pandemic, the economy, foreign policy and crime, but with a clear objective: to criticize the Democrats and President Biden.

“They are incompetent, actually,” said Trump, who highlighted his slogan Save America (“Save To united states”). “The country is being destroyed”

The Republican cited the increase in inflation and the withdrawal of the US Army from Afghanistan, as well as the relationship with China and Russia

“Biden has completely humiliated our nation,” he said, adding that neither China nor Russia “respect” or “fear” the US.

Rated COVID response-19 as a disaster, criticizing vaccine mandates—recently blocked by the Supreme Court—and testing shortages, although the Biden Administration has a plan to more than a billion to distribute for free.

“I am proud to have been the anti-mandate president,” said Trump, although during his term the pandemic hit the country mercilessly. “We gave Biden all the tools he could want.”

Conspiracy theory

The former president also criticized this Saturday the investigation of the House of Representatives for the insurrection of January 6, 2021 by his followers.

Arizona was one of the states where Trump lost to Biden in 115 , where even the Republican Party ordered an audit of the results in Maricopa County, but whose result not only threw out theories of fraud, but also found more votes for the Democrat.

However, Trump again claimed that the election was “stolen” from him in Arizona. No legal certification is enough for him.

“I love Arizona. We had a tremendous victory in Arizona that was taken from us,” he said.
