The stars have everyone used to making big deals with their real estate properties. This is the case of model Kate Upton and baseball player Justin Verlander, who have just put a mansion up for sale in Beverly Hills, California.

Said property entered the real estate market at a cost of $11.75 million dollars, which is a great price if compares to the $5.3 million dollars they paid in 2016.

This property could be sold for double the price paid by Upton and Verlander, as the property attracts for all its amenities and also for its list of famous owners including Mindy Peters, ex-wife of “Batman” producer Jon Peters, former tennis player Pete Sampras and musician Kenny G.

The mansion dating from 1976 has an extension of 5,675 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, five bathrooms, hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, games room, movie theater, bar, wine cellar and others such as dities.

Although the property has more than 40 Years of construction, it has not been frozen in time and its spaces are quite modern or, at least, not out of tune with current trends.

The kitchen, for example, is open plan with a central island. The cabinets are an elegant black color that is combined with high-end appliances.

From several of the spaces of the mansion there are impressive views of the Benedic Canyon.

The exterior offers its owners extensive green areas in a lot of 1.55 acres. Sunday afternoons can be spent on the terrace, in the pool with its spa area or even practicing a little tennis on the court.
