The judges of the Supreme Court heard arguments on two cases that address the indefinite detention of undocumented immigrants by the office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The plaintiffs they defend their right to have a bail hearing six months after their arrest and, if endorsed by the magistrates of the High Court, thousands of immigrants could benefit.
