Last weekend Gary Dean Robinson, 59 years old, starred in one of the most shocking accidents in recent times in Las Vegas in which nine people died.
According to the North Las Vegas police, Robinson ran a traffic light last 29 in January near Cheyenne and Commerce in which nine people were killed, including Gary Dean.
According to Fox 5, who had access to court records, it has been disclosed that driver Gary Dean Robinson had a lengthy criminal record in the Las Vegas Justice Court and Henderson Justice Court.
October of 1998: Assault with a deadly weapon classified as a felony.
January 1999: Possession of cocaine classified as a serious crime.
February 2002: C Disorderly conduct classified as a misdemeanor.
January 2004: Sale of cocaine classified as a serious crime.
March of 2002: Assault, domestic violence classified as misdemeanor.
June of 2005: Possession of drugs classified as a serious crime.
Nov. 2006: Resisting a public official, assault, manipulating a vehicle classified as a serious crime.
October 2008: open container in a vehicle, driving with a suspended and revoked license listed as a misdemeanor.
Nov. 2006: Assault on a police officer with substantial bodily harm, Assault on a police officer and school employee listed as a felony.
May 2017: Speeding, 11-29 mph above the speed limit.
Dec. 2021: Violation for speeding, 1-10 mph over the speed limit.
According to Acting Chief Jacqueline Gravatt of the North Las Vegas Police Department: “Speed was a factor in this accident, and that is the only contributing factor that we know of at this time. We anticipate getting results from vehicle downloads, speed analysis and things of that nature, the reports.”
