The Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office released explicit images of the road rage incident in which a driver fired at another from his moving car.

The events were reported on the Interstate-95, the 21 last June, near the street 135 heading south, at about 6: 50 am

Dash cam images show the suspect, identified as Eric Popper, of 30 years, while shooting at least 12 occasions to another motorcyclist.

Popper shoots out the passenger window and through his windshield trying to reach the other man.

According to the authorities, Popper was traveling in his Toyota Venza, and abruptly passed the other driver my When you entered, he changed lanes.

The video from the camera in the vehicle shows Popper looking in the rearview mirror and yelling “fuck”, while the other involved honks his horn. Suddenly, the suspect starts to brake and make hand gestures while the other driver is on his heels.

It is then that Popper pulls out a gun and starts shooting after the other driver passed him by the side.

Popper’s lawyer, Robert Gershman, told the television channel news that his client acted in self-defense and that he started shooting because the other allegedly fired first. What the authorities did confirm is that the other driver threw a bottle of water at Popper’s car after passing it.

Both drivers stopped shortly after the incident and called the 911. None were injured in the incident. Both were allowed to leave the scene. But now Popper faces charges of aggravated assault with a firearm.
