A Florida couple is facing first-degree murder charges after police report they shot and killed a man from 39 years in a CVS pharmacy parking lot and then got hit by his own car.

Javonne Marece White, aged 15 and Jasmine Yvonne Munro, of 25, are accused of shooting Uken Cummings during the brutal carjacking in Orange County on Sunday, as reported by WKMG-TV.

Cummings was shot in the arm and once in the chest, with which police identified like an AR-style rifle-15.

According to a published arrest affidavit on Thursday, the pair jumped into Cummings’s silver Mercedes SUV, backed onto his body, then ran him over “as if they were driving a ditch,” a witness told police.

“Thanks to the relentless work of detectives and agents, both are charged with first degree murder and carjacking,” the bureau’s tweet said.

Munro told detectives that the two were discovered by friends in Daytona Beach after they dumped the truck and dumped their clothes “to avoid identification,” WKMG said.

“He was a working man, he was retired Cummings’ son told WESH-TV. “He was a father, a brother, a grandfather. He didn’t deserve this at all.”
