The New York police discovered a human body on John Muir Trail, inside Van Cortlandt Park, in the Bronx.

The man from 27 years old was found on his back near a creek inside the park in Riverdale shortly before 4 pm yesterday, police said. The young man was clothed and showed no signs of trauma. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His identity was not revealed at the time and the police were still investigating. A forensic doctor will determine the cause and time of death, delimited Pix27.
