During the school holidays, John McAlister, a rancher from 37 years living in the New Zealand town of Marton, decided to go fishing and leave his wife Linda and their two children at home, which made her mad and made her offer it through the Internet .
The woman placed an ad with the name “husband”, whose description was “farmer/hunter/fisherman”.
The auction caught the attention of more than 200 people who were interested in the advertisement and with twelve offers it reached a price of 66, 33 dollars.
