A tattoo on his face made it easier for authorities in Seattle, Washington, to arrest the homeless man suspected of attacking a woman who was walking home.

Prosecutors in King County reported that the incident was reported Monday night in Belltown when the subject hit the victim in the back of the head.

Videos from security cameras show when the attacker, who would be Wantez Jamel Tulloss, 31 years old, starts hitting the female on the block 200 from Cedar Street, after placing some bags on the ground.

The woman falls to the ground, and the man grabs the bags he was carrying and leaves the area.

Local media reports indicate because the defendant went to eat pizza right after committing the assault.

Witnesses attended They went to help the woman and they called 911. Although he survived, his health condition is unclear.

Tulloss, who faces charges of assault in the first degree, faces 12 years in prison for the attack.

Suspect has an extensive criminal history, including convictions for domestic violence at 2013 and a robbery at 2009.

Tulloss remains in custody on $ bail ,000.

The images of security allowed a Seattle police officer to identify the subject. The agent recognized Tulloss from a tattoo on his face. The policeman had seen him walking around the city center on January 28.
