It has now been revealed that the same apartment has been rented to an unknown person for $70,000 monthly dollars. The reasons why Nicki Minaj was unable to rent the place are unknown, as it is not believed to have been due to lack of money.

The penthouse has an extension of 5,225 square footage spread across four bedrooms, five baths, foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room, great room, laundry room, and other Big Apple-worthy luxuries.

The most attractive thing about the penthouse is its great view from the floor 88 where you can see the city and the Hudson River.

The owners of the Fifteen Hudson Yards also have a series of privileges such as a pool of 75 feet in length, fitness center, yoga studio, spa, beauty salon, private dining rooms, movie theater, businesses, golf club, atelier and more.

Although Nicki Minaj missed out on this luxurious penthouse, she still has reason to celebrate. The singer recently returned to her musical career after three years of absence.

This return was made with the release of the song “Do We Have a Problem?” with Lil Baby, which is now available on all digital platforms.

The singer had announced her withdrawal from her music, giving as her reason that she was focused on starting a family with music executive Kenneth Petty. And she was fulfilling her goals, because in 2020 she had her first baby.
