To send a cactus to your ex you must buy it on the Topo Chico website, it costs $2.14. The offer has a limit, you can only send a cactus to an ex.

Topo Chico warns that there may be delays in the arrival of the product for Valentine’s Day. Although that does not limit that the fun gift surprises the recipient.
With the purchase of a cactus, in some states, including New York, you can also get a coupon from the 50% discount on a package of 12 of Topo Chico Hard Seltzer (any variety, bottles or cans). Buyer must be over 21 years old to redeem.

Wingstop is another chain which has special discounts for singles on Valentine’s Day. On February 14 Wingstop will reward singles with $0 boneless wings. 50 and regular Thigh Bites orders for $4.49.
