One FANTASY 5 jackpot winning ticket valued at $104,694.75 has not yet been claimed, the Florida Lottery reported.
The deadline for the owner of the winning ticket to claim the jackpot is Thursday 24 of February at midnight ET.
The drawing was held on August 28 of last year and the numbers winners were: 4 – 21 – 28 – 34 – 34
The Florida Lottery detailed that the winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at RaceTrac, located at 2087 LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach, so it is recommended that players who have purchased a ticket from the FANTASY 5 at this retail store to check your August 28 drawing tickets.
It also clarifies that although any Florida Lottery retailer can validate the winning ticket, the FANTASY 5 jackpot prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery District Office.

FANTASY 5 is a pari-mutuel game where players win the jackpot by matching 5 of 5 winning numbers drawn in any order. Additionally, players win cash prizes or a free Quick Pick ticket for matching two, three or four of the numbers drawn in the official drawing for the date played. If there is no jackpot winner, the money in the jackpot pool is rolled over and shared between players who match 4 out of 5 or 3 out of 5 winning numbers.
