Prisoner Adam Wright, a convicted bank robber, admitted to having participated alongside two other people in the murder of fellow prisoner Christian Maire, leader of a child pornography ring.

Following his confession, Wright will receive less than 27 years in prison as part of the plea deal; There are still pending charges against the other two men who participated in the murder inside the detention center in Milan, Michigan.

According to official information, Maire was deprived of his life after having had an altercation with other inmates; he was kicked, trampled, stabbed and thrown down one of the prison stairs.

In the plea agreement of Adam Wright, better known as “Creeper”, the inmate nicknamed “Sniper” indicated stabbed, stomped and kicked Maire and the third person linked to the murder threw the body down some metal stairs.

Christian Maire tearfully begged for mercy for running a child pornography ring alongside others seven American and Canadian men who during the 2012 and 2017 lured more than 100 minors into private rooms through deceit of online video chats.

According to court documents, the network that called itself “Grupo Boredo” convinced girls to undress, perform sexual acts in front of the camera and they were even convinced to hurt themselves with sharp objects.

The sexual acts of the minors were recorded and distributed among the members of the group.

In 2017 with the help of the FBI the arrest of the seven people was achieved, six of them were sentenced to spend 30 years in a federal prison, while the leader of the gang was sentenced to 40.
