Investigative officers of the Honduran National Police arrested a subject who allegedly sexually abused a minor of 12 years in the northern part of the country.
The authorities reported that the individual is an event entertainer aged 43 years old, originally from of San Pedro Sula and a resident of Cerro Verde, López Orellana sector, Choloma, the same place where he was detained.
The Police Investigations Directorate (DPI) reported that after the subject was denounced, the Prosecutor’s Office of that locality ordered his preventive detention to continue with the investigative proceedings of the case.
“The agents referred him to answer for the commission of the crime of continuous qualified rape”, details the police report.
