jose-eduardo-derbez-assures-that-he-slept-in-the-coffin-made-to-measure-that-he-has-in-his-house

The actor José Eduardo Derbez showed a custom-made coffin in one of the rooms of his home in Mexico City on a tour of his house, this information generated much criticism, for which the son of Eugenio Derbez had to go out and explain.

During Isabel Fernández’s YouTube program “When Nobody Sees”, Derbez explained that a couple of years ago he had ordered a custom-made building for him and that he was in one of the rooms of guests.

He also said that only people who knew him very well and who understood the reason for his strange acquisition slept in that room.

Derbez spoke again about the controversial coffin on the show from YouTube “Pinky Promise” with Kara Diaz. He said that he bought it during the start of the pandemic for no reason.

He explains that he had it tailored to him because he was afraid to buy a used one and that it had nails or other parts of other people. He jokes.

What he also assures, without shame, is that he has slept there on several occasions, although he does confess that the first time he did it it scared him a little.

He says: “It took me a bit of work to get comfortable because I did feel as if my house was a funeral home, so over time I began to grow fond of it and one day I got super drunk and said: ‘I’m going to sleep here’ and I fell asleep, but I closed it completely”
