The draw (1-1) between Manchester United and Southampton left one of the most curious images of this weekend, in which Cristiano Ronaldo appears spitting on one of his teammates.
At the end of the game at Old Trafford, one of the television cameras captured the moment in which astro luso -apparently accidentally- spits in the direction of Anthony Elanga.
The young Elanga did not notice, seeing that the spit of CR7 fell on his shirt. However, these images went viral on social networks, causing discontent among fans.
“Is that your idol? What a pathetic player”, “I never thought I would see Ronaldo in such a situation”, “Manchester United should punish Cristiano for that”, “what kind of player goes and spits on his teammates”, “what an act by CR7, but since it is not Messi they do not share it ”, it is read on networks.
It is worth remembering that Cristiano Ronaldo consoled Anthony Elanga when the latter missed the penalty in the shootout against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup, where the Red Devils were eliminated.
