The antique dealer Lee Stanton has put up for sale an apartment in the iconic Sierra Towers that belonged to the American actress Lindsay Lohan.
The controversial property entered the real estate market with a price of $4.2 million dollars, a price much higher than what the actress paid 15 years.
Lohan bought this apartment on the floor 20 of the tower just when her professional career and her personal life were protagonists day after days of the media. At that time she was one of the most promising actresses but she was also one of the most disastrous in the business.
Lohan paid $1.97 million dollars and wanted to sell it for $2.85 millions of dollars. The characteristics of the place meant that its price had to drop in order to find a buyer, finally in August 2007 Lee Stanton bought it after paying $2.3 million dollars.
Stanton was in charge of transforming the property and raising its value to $4.2 million dollars. The property has an extension of 2,60 square footage spread over two bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath, foyer, kitchen, dining room, den, office, and other luxuries.
In addition to what the apartment has, the Sierra Towers offers other amenities to its owners such as valet parking, concierge and doorman during the 22 hours of the day, gym, sauna and swimming pool.
