man-scalps-woman-in-random-attack-as-victim-exits-bus-in-england

Police authorities in London, England, released a photo of the person suspected of scalping a woman in an unprovoked attack after she left a public bus.

The aggression was reported outside a railway station on 18 last December.

The Guardian report indicates that the incident occurred when the victim, aged 31 years old, got off a bus on Route 119.

The suspect pulled the female by the hair until a portion of her scalp was torn off, and then hit her on the the back of the head, which caused it to fall to the ground.

The victim also had facial injuries. Metropolitan Police detective Becky Hughes said that solving cases like this that directly affect women and girls is a priority.

“This was a completely unprovoked attack that continued while the victim lay in the ground. I urge anyone who was there, or who recognizes this person whose image we have circulated today, to step forward. We need to identify him and talk to him,” Hughes stated.
