alex-rodriguez-could-be-the-new-owner-of-one-of-donald-trump's-hotels-in-washington

Although former baseball player Alex Rodríguez lost Jennifer López, he still maintains his desire and interest in investing in properties of all kinds.

A few months ago it was said that the former president of the United States and tycoon Donald Trump had sold his Washington hotel after receiving pure losses.

At that time it was said that the investment fund CGI Merchant Group, based in Miami, had paid $375 million dollars for the luxurious hotel.

They have now reported that the sale process is still under way and that the new owners would not only be the CGI Merchant Group fund, but also that they are in partnership with Alex Rodríguez.

It should be remembered that Trump and Rodríguez had discussions in the past, even the former president qualified the athlete as a “bad man” and “drug addict”; however, a business opportunity like this may make all kinds of past insults go unnoticed.

If this business materializes, Rodríguez will own a hotel that operates in a historic building a few blocks from the White House. According to different media, the place has 263 rooms.

One of its main characteristics is that the Post Office operated in that same building. It is also one of the main luxury hotels in the city, even being one of the few with five stars.

In addition to comfortable rooms, the hotel offers its guests -who pay from $680 to $ 12,340 dollars per night – spa, gym, function room, museum, bar, different important restaurants and other amenities.
