bob-saget's-family-sues-to-block-information-about-his-death

The family of the recently deceased American actor Bob Saget filed a lawsuit in Florida in order to prevent the publication of medical information related to the death of the famous interpreter of the series “Full House”.

The actor’s widow, Kelly Rizzo, and their three daughters, filed this Tuesday, February 15, a lawsuit against the Orange County Sheriff, John Mina, and the office of the local medical examiner to prevent the media from having access to his relative’s medical reports.

The lawsuit ensures that bringing to light new public records such as photographs, video and audio recordings, does not it would not suppose any public good, but it would generate “irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain and emotional anguish” for the family.

The results of the autopsy were released last week and now they present this lawsuit seeking precautionary measures to prevent new publications.

Bob died in a hotel in Orlando, where he was found dead by authorities on January 9, after accidentally hitting his head.

“He he has come to the conclusion that he hit the back of his head on something by accident, shrugged it off and went to sleep. There were no drugs or alcohol involved,” the family emphasized in a statement.

This version coincides with the autopsy of the Orange County Coroner’s Office, which stated that Saget died of closed accidental head trauma, meaning a severe blow to the head, but no skull fracture.

“Most likely, his injuries were due to a fall without witnesses,” said the coroner, who also determined that the toxicology analysis did not reveal illicit drugs or toxins and that death was the result of an “accident”.

Saget had performed the night before at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall as part of his stand-up tour, and both the autopsy and the police rule out that it was a violent death.
