That was what happened to a teenager from Argentina called ada Sheila Rivas, who claims to have lived her worst nightmare after undergoing a treatment for her hair in a beauty salon that literally left her bald.
Sheila was preparing for her birthday party, for so she decided to go to a beauty salon to touch up the root of her hair because she wanted to show off a beautiful long blonde hair in her XV Years.
But it all ended in disaster because the hairdresser made the mistake of letting her longer the hair lightening product, which turned out to be extremely harmful to his scalp and therefore falls out in abundance.
Verónica Rose, the fifteen-year-old’s mother, indicated that the hairdresser left the lightening product on her for more than an hour and a half and that when she went to rinse it, her daughter lost practically all her hair.
“I couldn’t believe it, I saw my hair everywhere. She was throwing my hair in a garbage can and she didn’t say anything to me. She didn’t want me to send messages to my mom, she turned up the music so she couldn’t call her,” the 15-year-old told the other hairdresser she turned to for help.
Both mother and daughter imposed a lawsuit against the hairdresser who made the serious mistake; however, she has not communicated with the affected girl.
In addition, due to the situation, Sheila had to cancel her XV Years party and must wear a wig.
