Having children is a mission that leaves many satisfactions, but also represents many difficulties. Particularly during youth, being a father can offer various challenges, as a young woman 24 confessed, who became a mother for the first time at 15 and that, she assures, she regrets having had 3 children because “I can’t do anything important with my life”.

The woman used the popular forum on Reddit to express her frustration at being a mother so young when she didn’t really want children. “I have three children and I often wish I had none. I never wanted to have children and I knew I wanted more from my life than dirty diapers and minivans“, she wrote in her post.

The girl narrated that she had her first child when she was 15 years, the second when he was 19 and the third when he was 24. “I was fine with the first two, but the third one really made me question everything again,” he said.

“This is not what I want to do with my life. I had my children at such a young age that I have no chance to do anything important with my life other than say, ‘hey her, I raised 3 more humans. You’re welcome. What an achievement”, she pointed out.

Reddit users expressed different opinions on the matter, many of them emphasizing that an advantage of having children at such a young age is that, when they grow up, she will be in their 40s, young enough to dedicate themselves to other activities.

“You will be young when your children are away from home. You have your whole life ahead of you,” one user wrote. “All your children will be grown when you are 42 years old. That is incredible. There will be plenty of time in your life to do whatever you want and you’ll still be young enough to do it.”
