The family of Diamond Alvarez, the Hispanic woman aged 15 who was shot in the back in 22 Occasionally, her ex-boyfriend allegedly once again requested that the suspect’s bail be revoked since they fear for his life.

The victim’s mother and aunt, Ana Machado and Blanca Mejía, respectively, stated on FOX’s Isaih Factor Uncensored program 23 who continue to receive threats presumably from people associated with Frank de León, who is facing first-degree murder charges.

According to the women, in relation to three incidents reported to the Police, the authorities arrested two youths.

“I have three reported incidents Until now. In one of them, there are two young people in custody right now for reprisals,” Machado said.

The mother confirmed that the detainees are known to the alleged murderer, of 17 years.

“They should have revoked their bail, they already know they know each other (De León and the detainees). That is already confirmed”, indicated Mejía.

“So if they are already accused of reprisals, Why has Frank de León’s bail not been revoked?“, questioned Mejía.

“These incidents continue to occur, the harassment continues to occur. It didn’t just happen once, there are already three incident reports”, remarked the aunt.

The mother added that they have also received other threats on social networks, some death threats.

“A niece of mine received a message that she read instead of 17, you are going to receive 23“, Machado told this in reference to the number of times your daughter was shot.

The interviewees assured that the tension caused by the threats further complicates the emotional state of the family.

“I haven’t had time to mourn, and neither to sleep”, declared the parent.

“She has to be vigilant because people come to her house. The family has had to unite…and support her, rotate to be by her side so that she is not alone…”, added Mejía.

“Why was this murderer set free? We understand that it is a money situation, whatever it is, but at the same time the citizens are suffering, we are suffering, because we have to watch our backs…”, argued Mejía.

The night of the facts, on 11 January, Álvarez and De León had agreed to meet in a park near the house of the girl It was in the middle of the encounter that De León would have taken the life of the victim.

De León was released after paying a bond of $250,000 dollars, a decision that provoked the wrath of the relatives of the victim, not only because of the alleged threats; but because when he was arrested, the suspect allegedly had a suitcase ready to flee.

According to preliminary information, the boy was already in a relationship with the other girl for several years when he met Álvarez.

De León, supposedly, he begged the Mexican woman not to tell the other girl that they were seeing each other.

But Álvarez ignored him. When arrested, De León stated that Diamond was allegedly harassing the other girl, which led to her leaving him.
