Martha Stewart, lifestyle and cooking expert, book author and TV show host, reveals that one of her beauty and staying healthy secrets is a fresh green juice, and she says it tastes delicious.
Stewart, aged 80 years old, looks radiant and working on new projects, he just launched a Martha’s Chard wine, the first California Chardonnay from 19 Crimes.
Part of Stewart’s breakfast routine is to drink a green juice every morning. Through a video on Tik Tok, Martha Stewart teaches how to prepare her anti-aging drink. Juice includes celery, spinach, mint, parsley, cucumber, orange, ginger, and pineapple.

“I work out and eat healthy, but I think my real secret to looking good is my juice daily green and it doesn’t have to taste bad — mine is delicious! No kale!” Stewart wrote.
Former co-star Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party , told The Cut that the juice contains ingredients that she grows herself.
“I grow my own spinach throughout the year. I grow my own, my own parsley, usually my own cucumbers, my own oranges and lemons, and I always put an orange or a lemon in the juicer to get that great flavor,” Martha said.
Stewart don’t just drink a glass of green juice in the morning. Stewart likes a full breakfast, but not overdoing it. “I’ll have my half cappuccino, a small one, with whole milk… I like to have a soft-boiled egg, a four-minute egg, from my hens, or a bowl of wheat germ or a bowl of spelled.”
Martha’s juice It provides a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Antioxidants help prevent and delay cell damage due to oxidative stress caused by free radicals and also increase immunity.
