Two men and a woman are being sought by the NYPD on suspicion of having robbed a warehouse in Lower Manhattan, stealing merchandise, destroying some of the furniture and even throwing a computer monitor at the head of a worker.

The male duo broke into the store on John Street near Broadway around : 25 pm on 16 February, accompanied by a woman who stayed near the door, according to a video released yesterday by the NYPD .

The men demanded merchandise from a worker of 28 years and he refused to pay it, police said. They then began pushing and throwing items on the counter, including two display cases. Before fleeing, one of them grabbed a computer monitor and threw it at the worker’s head, the video shows.

They took around eight packs of cigarettes valued at $120 dollars before fleeing on foot, heading east on John Street. The worker was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital in stable condition, police said.
