The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, denounced that in the midst of military attacks by the Russian armed forces, this Friday they attacked a kindergarten and an orphanage in the country’s capital.
“Today’s Russian attacks against a kindergarten and an orphanage are war crimes and violations of the Rome Statute”, he pointed out through his Twitter account.
Kuleba warned that Together with the Attorney General’s Office, they are compiling this and other acts of violence, which they assured will be sent immediately to the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
“Responsibility is inevitable”, he emphasized.
