The Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher, Walker Buehler, spoke about the negotiations between the MLB and the Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) that keep baseball fans in the United States on edge, since the lack of an agreement, indicates that there will be an imminent delay in the start of the season.

As a member of one of the interested parties, Buehler spoke on social networks, where he indicated that the process that Major League Baseball is currently experiencing is a negotiation between workers and owners.

“This is not millionaires against billionaires, this is workers against owners,” said the pitcher who ranks as one of the main figures of the Dodgers thanks to their great performance in recent seasons.

“The value is subjective, we are extremely lucky to do what we do, but the numbers do not line up”, the young pitcher alluding clear at the level of profits perceived by the two groups involved in the negotiations.

“The money grew, ask our employers, they know, why should we agree to something less than the level of tax inflation? Would you guys take that?”, concludes the star pitcher’s message.

It should be noted that the World Series champion pitcher in , deleted his message a few minutes later, it is presumed that this is due to the confidentiality agreement that the players have with MLB, which prohibits them from speaking publicly about this subject.
