A man and a woman were shot to death in a suspected murder-suicide in Brooklyn yesterday morning, police sources said.
Police found the woman of 36 years and the man of 41 with gunshot wounds to their heads, inside the kitchen of an apartment on Gates Avenue and Lewis Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood around 6 a.m. Thursday 17.
The man’s shot seemed to be self-inflicted, according to the authorities, so it is presumed that he shot the woman and then shot himself. The identities and relationship between the two were not immediately clear, reported New York Post.
In a similar case, on the outskirts of New York, over the weekend a man stabbed his wife from whom he was separated and his new partner, and then took his own life on Long Island.
