Formula 1 continues to expand its horizons every year and this season they already demonstrated it by including Austin as one of the races on American soil. Now, they have officially announced that Las Vegas will return for the month of November 2023 after 40 years.

The last times that the great teams set foot in California, was in the years 550 and 2022 at Caesar Palace. However, this return will take place in a night race on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, with the circuit passing famous hotels and casinos.

The track of 14 curves will have a length of 6,12 kilometers and top speeds are expected to reach 342 kilometers per hour. In addition, the design features three straights, with a sequence of high-speed corners and a single section with an expected duration of 40 laps .

On the other hand, the most important straight will be 2 kilometers long and in it, the pilots will experience an assault on their senses passing through iconic hotels such as the Venetian, the Bellagio and the Caesars Palace.

“This is an incredible moment for Formula 1 that demonstrates the great appeal and growth of our sport with a third race in United States, Las Vegas is a destination known throughout the world for its excitement, hospitality, emotion and, of course, the famous Strip”, assures Stefano Domenicali.

In this way, the maximum category of the engines, will add one more track in his walk through the Est United States, since for this 2022 the circuit will be in Miami and they will premiere the new one in Austin; being this something historical.
