Six people are accused in Texas of torturing a woman they met online for a week.
The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reported this Tuesday the arrest of four women and two men between the ages of 21 and 45 in relation to the crime.
The suspects were identified as Felicity Emanuelle Walker, of 22; Summer Syler Lawrence, from 45; Breonna Cheyenne Johnson, from 22; Amanda Marie Andrews, of 21; Shayne Joseph Anderson, from 30; and Charles K. Bryant, of 21.
According to the information available to the authorities, the attackers subdued the victim, originally from Maine, against her will.
The female moved to East Texas last November and lived in an apartment with the accused today.
The woman met the alleged abusers online, although the specific means of contact is unknown.
“We received a call about a suspicious person, discovered this disturbing case and made the arrests,” said Sheriff Botie Hillhouse in a statement. press. “You see tragedy a lot on a weekly basis in this job, but this is one of those cases that doesn’t get forgotten,” Hillhouse added. “It’s not something you see commonly,” he pointed out.
The evidence handled by the researchers indicates that, when the woman tried to leave the house, the group did not leave her, and, practically, the they assaulted and tortured her.
The police indicated that the torture was severe.
District Judge Dan Moore issued a search warrant allowing authorities to enter the residence on Waverly Way, Athens.
The arrest report citing ABC 7 indicates that a woman was located at 812 South Park Circle with severe bruising, burn marks and the word “rape” (rape) shaved on the back of her head.
During the week she was held captive, the female was forced to name her captors as “masters”, according to investigators.
The victim also confessed that she was attacked with a cane, with sex toys, handcuffs, sealant wax and award medals.
The woman explained that the attackers placed cigarettes on her chest and that the wax was used to burn her hand.
