The Hispanic surrogate father of five of the minors rescued from the so-called “house of horrors” in California would have sexually groped two girls.
Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail indicate that Marcelino Olguin, aged 63 and a resident of Perris, faces seven charges of committing lewd acts and torturing minors after he abused two of the 13 Turpin brothers.
The brothers managed to escape in the 2018 of their parents’ house where they were kept captive without access to the outside world, in deplorable and starving conditions.
Marcelino allegedly inappropriately touched two sisters -including one less than 14 years old- more than 50 times on the buttocks and on the upper part of the thighs.
The adoptive father would also have forcefully kissed the victims, he would have told them that they were sexy, that they had a He was pretty, and, supposedly, he recommended that they not wear shirts.
The alleged abuser had also pulled a minor on top of him.
When Olguin was approached by the aforementioned outlet about the allegations against him, the man replied: “Fuyou” (Go to hell.
Olguin’s wife, Rosa, from 58, and their daughter, Lennys, from 29, they also face charges but of witness fraud and intimidation.
The Olguins fostered a total of nine children, five of them from the Turpin family.
The Daily Mail report also highlights that Hispanics forced minors to participate in a confession circle in which they had to elaborate on the abuses to which they were subjected by their parents.
In January 2018, one of David and Louise Turpin’s daughters managed to escape from the house and called 911 to alert them to the situation to the authorities.
The ages of the victims ranged between 2 and 29 years. The parents were sentenced to life in prison.
The youngest were placed in foster or foster homes. But instead of freeing themselves from the yoke of abuse, judging by these reports, for some of the minors it was leaving one hell to enter another.
