The mansion cost the well-known singer $52 million dollars, just under $57.5 million dollars that he expects to receive for his house for sale.
The Maroon 5 singer and the model are presumed to make this property, built on a 3.4-acre lot, his primary residence.
Levine’s new mansion is located in the hills of Santa Ynez, which allows an impressive view of the Pacific and the Channel Islands from each space of the place.
The main house has a total extension of 10,000 square feet spread over six rooms, 11 bathrooms, foyers, two kitchens, living room, dining room, theater, wine room, terrace with fireplace and other luxuries .
There is also a two bedroom guest house and a one bedroom pool house. No doubt the guests of the couple will feel very comfortable here.
