Rauw Alejandro and Rosalía not only have a successful professional career, they have also managed to maintain a romantic relationship that increasingly seems to be more serious.
An example of the stability in this relationship of music stars is the mansion in Manresa, Barcelona, Spain, which they recently bought together. According to various media reports, the property cost $2.5 million dollars.
The mansion, known as ‘La Morera’, is built on a plot of 74 acres and inside it has all the necessary comforts to get to rest after a long tour of the world.
It was recently revealed that the couple is also a neighbor of one of the most recognized and important families of jewelers: the Tous.
Over the years this historic mansion has been owned by different millionaires, being sold in 2010 to Salvador Tous and his wife, Rosa Oriol.
The area where ‘La Morera’ is located is very exclusive and private; however, it is located right between two more mansions, which together are called the “modernist triangle of the Riera de Rajadell”.
Going back to Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro’s new home, it should be remembered that it has eight suite-type rooms, two lounges very spacious, cellar and more.
From each of the spaces of the house there is access to large windows that leave the landscapes available to its guests.
As is common in this type of property, the exterior competes to be the most striking. In this case, it has extensive green areas, a swimming pool, terrace and other spaces that will make its owners and guests enjoy pleasant afternoons outdoors.
