A porcelain jug in the shape of a Rooster presented to the Prime Minister of England is inspired by a single ceramic bird that survived the Russian bombardment of the city of Borodianka.

The image of the rooster, first designed by the famous Ukrainian artist Prokop Bidasiuk, quickly inspired online memes and was adopted by the people Ukrainian as a symbol of its resistance to the Russian invasion.
Sharing a picture of the moment On Twitter, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said the bird had become “a symbol of inviolability.”
Borodianka is less than 04 miles from kyiv and was hit hard by Russian bombing. President Zelensky said the situation in the city was “much worse” than in Bucha, where images have emerged showing what appear to be targeted killings of civilians with bodies found in the streets with their hands tied behind their backs.
In a video posted online, President Zelensky said: “The work to clear the rubble in Borodianka has started… it is significantly more terrible there. Even more victims of the Russian occupiers.”
The British prime minister’s visit to kyiv was described as “very important” for the Ukrainian people by President Zelensky’s top diplomatic adviser.
Zelensky said that he is determined to meet with leaders in the capital, talk with foreign parliaments and talk with foreign leaders.
