life-sentence-for-man-who-strangled-his-wife-after-she-confronted-him-about-affair-with-tinder-woman

A jury in Denver, Colorado found Robert Wayne Feldman guilty of murdering his wife after she confronted him about an alleged “affair” with a woman he met on Tinder.

Feldman, 59 years old, was convicted of first degree murder this Tuesday.

The man was sentenced to life in prison.

Authorities arrested the convicted today in the 2018, three years after the murder of Stacy Feldman.

On the day of the crime, Feldman called the system 911 and argued before the authorities who found his wife unconscious in the bathtub.

The murderer argued that Stacy slipped in the bathtub with conditioner and drowned.

Falsely, the man argued that the night before his wife had consumed marijuana edibles and alcohol at a party, and that, upon waking up, he did not feel well. However, the investigation of the case detected inconsistencies between the crime scene and the man’s version.

The woman Feldman met through Tinder contacted Denver Crime Stoppers three months after the suspicious death. The woman said she emailed Stacy the day of the murder to let her know what was going on.

“Stacy told her that Robert had been unfaithful to her before and that she was tired of him,” reads a complaint in the case cited by Crime Online.

Feldman picked up his children an hour later from school on the day of acts. An administrator said he called both parents’ phones, but neither answered. When the man arrived at the school, he looked disheveled and was wearing shorts despite the cold weather. When officers arrived on the scene, Feldan acted evasive and uncooperative, in addition to indicating that he did not want an autopsy to be performed on the body.

The victim died of strangulation and the death was classified as homicide.
