police-found-multiple-weapons-at-a$ap-rocky's-los-angeles-home

A week after A$AP Rocky was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport, it was revealed that police found multiple weapons inside his home while serving a search warrant for evidence related to a shooting of 2021.

Although they were able to find his collection of weapons, they still had to carry out ballistic tests to see if any were the firearm used to shoot a man last November, in addition to doing background checks on each gun to find out where they came from, how they were obtained and whether any of them were stolen.

If any of the weapons turned out to be irrefutable proof, the authorities would have moved forward by formally charging the rapper with assault with a deadly weapon. However, law enforcement sources told TMZ that all of the weapons detectives found were legally registered and not related to the shooting.

As previously reported, police used a battering ram to enter his home and left with a box of potential evidence, although it was initially unclear what they had gathered.

Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, was arrested on 20 in April after getting off a private plane on his way back from Barbados. He was vacationing on the Caribbean island with his girlfriend, singer Rihanna.

Mayers is under suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon in connection with an incident on November 6, 2021 in which the police say he shot a person after an argument.

The alleged victim stated that Rihanna’s boyfriend pulled the trigger and fired three to four shots, grazing her hand .

He was later released after posting bond, which was set at $550,000. The rapper will make his first court appearance next August 17.
