FC Barcelona does not stop putting names on the table to strengthen the squad for next season and to achieve this, they have selected their main victim, Chelsea FC. After taking away Andreas Christensen and negotiating with his captain, César Azpilicueta, the Catalans have now set their sights on the Spaniard, Marcos Alonso.
According to information from different international media and some reporters, the Catalans see the Spaniard as a great reinforcement for the left back; position that lacks troops, beyond the presence of Jordi Alba. In addition, there is already talk that there are advanced negotiations between both parties.
Alonso, ends his relationship with the English in June 2023. However, the club will not oppose a departure from the left side, as there is also a personal reason to set course for his return to Spanish football.
