A man was stabbed to death at Dave & Buster’s in Times Square, as part of an argument that soon escalated.
The place is very popular. The assault occurred in an area where players exchange tickets for prizes, the NYPD reported.
The report adds that two men began fighting around : 40 pm before one of them stabbed his rival in the chest.
“They were in the prize redemption area and had a verbal dispute… This is based on a security video,” published The New York Post based on police information.
The 42 year-old aggressor fled the scene, but the NYPD implemented an operation and managed to arrest the man who attacked death to the other of 39 years.
The authorities were helped by the description they managed to make of the attacker, who has a tattoo on his face.
“One of the Times Square officers… pulled over a guy who fit the description,” added.
The stabbed man was declared dead at St. Luke’s Hospital, where he was transferred adado after the events in the street 42.
Offender has three prior arrests for gang and drug assault.
The identity of the victim was not revealed, as the next of kin would be informed first.
