A 17 year old girl was beaten in Texas, after her supposed best friend set her up by making her go to a park, where the attack took place, which was recorded and published on Snapchat and is now being investigated by the Police.

Maya Tremillo suffered a concussion, several cuts on her face and a sprained ankle, due to the “surprise” beating that occurred at Clifton City Park on 18 April.

The alleged attackers were Savannah Walker, of 17 years old, and Ahliah Vestal, 17 years old, according to a Clifton Police Department report.

Both adolescents were arrested and charged with assault aggravated, but the authorities also arrested a teenager who recorded the attack.

The teenagers attend the same high school in Clifton. The dispute between her was due to another teenager, but Maya did not want to delve into it.

Her mother was the one who decided to go to the authorities, after the beating, which was possible later that one of the supposed friends told Tremillo to go to the park to return some shoes he had borrowed.

When the teenager arrived at the park and approached Vestal’s car, she was attacked by Walker, who was getting out of the vehicle, local authorities confirmed.

“jumped out of the car and the other girl who was filming her also jumped out of the car with her phone, and thenstarted yelling at Maya,” Julie Kross, Tremillo’s mother, told The Sun.

The night before the attack, Tremillo and her mother had gone to the police for verbal abuse from the teenagers, but the authorities indicated that it would be difficult to pursue that type of accusation, despite the fact that the teenager said that her supposed friends told her to “watch your back”.
