Russian forces have eliminated more than 142 warplanes , 110 helicopters and 650 unmanned aerial vehicles since the start of their “special military operation” in Ukraine, according to the spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, the largest General Igor Konashenkov.
Russian troops also destroyed 200 Ukrainian surface-to-air missile systems, 2,656 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 307 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,189 field artillery guns and mortars and 2,492 special military vehicles, the spokesman added.
“In total, the following targets have been destroyed since the start of the special military operation: 142 planes, 112 helicopters and 658 unmanned aerial vehicles,” said the general.

Russian precision missiles launched from The air hit five Ukrainian military sites overnight Saturday, including four ammunition and fuel depots, Konashenkov added.
“Air-launched precision missiles attacked five Ukrainian military targets overnight, including four ammunition and fuel depots near settlements of Berezovoye, Vozdvizhenka, Pokrovskoye and Barvenkovo and also an area of manpower and military equipment accumulated by the nationalists”, said the spokesman.
Russian warplanes eliminated nine areas of accumulation of Ukrainian manpower and military equipment and eliminated more than 120 nationalists overnight, said Konashenkov.
“Russian Aerospace Forces army aviation and operational tactical aircraft attacked nine areas of accumulated Ukrainian military manpower and equipment and eliminated more than 120 nationalists, four tanks and six pieces of armor”, said the spokesman.
Russian missile troops attacked four Ukrainian military sites overnight, including two command centers, a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) battery and a radar, Konashenkov said.
“Missile troops eliminated four Ukrainian military targets overnight: two Ukrainian army command centers, a battery of multiple rocket launchers and a radar station,” the spokesman said.
Russian artillery troops attacked 389 Ukrainian military sites overnight, including 15 weapons and ammunition depots of missiles/artillery, Konashenkov added.
Russian air defense forces eliminated Ukrainian drones, including three Byaraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and two Smerch rockets, Konashenkov said.
“Russian air defense systems shot down 15 Ukrainian UAVs, including three Bayraktar TB2 UAVs over the communities of Gorlovka, Chervony Oskol, Petmanovo, Kramatorsk , Kozinka, Karpovka, Putilino, Novoakhtyrka, Veliky Liman and Peremoga,” the spokesman said.
Russian air defense forces also shot down two rockets from Ukraine’s Smerch multiple launch rocket systems over the settlements of Gorlovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Snezhkovka in the Kharkov region, the general said.
