Initially the Oscar-winning actress asked for $25 million dollars for the property; however the new owner paid only $21.5 million dollars. Although the figure is lower than expected, this sale is a great success for Witherspoon.
She bought this house two years ago for just $15.9 million dollars, which means that he made a considerable profit.
The mansion is specifically located in Mandeville Canyon in Brentwood and it is built on a 3.1 acre lot.
The main house has an extension of 10,343 square feet distributed in seven rooms, 10.5 Baths, Foyer, Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, kitchen, library, garage with capacity for three cars and other amenities.
