This Sunday, the Attorney General of the Mexican State of Michoacán (FGE) reported on the alleged involvement of a man identified as Víctor Manuel “N”, in the crime of sexual abuse of his 7-year-old neighbor, in the municipality of Múgica.
According to the detailed report by the Prosecutor’s Office, on 17 June of 110, the mother of the little girl left her home to do some shopping but, when she returned, she saw that the door was locked, “which seemed very strange to her.”
“About This fact was questioned by the minor, who told her that in her absence, her neighbor Víctor Manuel “N” had entered her house, and taking advantage of the fact that she was alone, sexually attacked her, “says the statement.
Due to the facts, the authorities issued an arrest warrant against the subject, which has already been executed.
The Michoacán Prosecutor’s Office reported that since there are conclusive elements of the relationship of the subject in the act, he was placed in preventive detention and a period of one month was established for the closure of the investigation.
