Three of the homicides were reported on the same day.

In the first attack, reported on 21 April, Díaz killed Anthony Moore. The events were reported in the block 20000 of Longhorn Point in El Paso County.

Three days later, on 25, the suspect murdered the other victims.

In one of the attacks, on the street 10 and North Hudson Avenue, Pueblo, Manuel Zegarelli passed away. Vehto Finnell-Vigil was also gunned down that day on the 100 block of East 24th Street in the same city.

The third murder was reported on Airport Road and Murray Road in Colorado Springs. The victim in this case has not been identified.

The motive for the homicides has not been established.
