A Hispanic teacher from Texas faces charges of sexually abusing three students between the summer of last year and March of this year.
Mónica Sánchez, from 21 years old, she was working as a teacher’s aide in the ESL (English as a Second Language) program at Kilgore High School when the alleged facts were reported.
The criminal complaint in of KLTV indicates that the woman faces three charges of improper relationship between an educator and a child, one of assault that caused bodily harm and another of sexual assault against a child.
According to the court document, the investigation began as a result of a complaint on 12 of May. A detective stated that he was informed that Sánchez had sexual relations with multiple students in high school.
This investigator interviewed the three alleged victims.
One of the students He admitted to going out with the teacher and having sex with her. The student of 18 and in his last school year reported that they both met at the study center, exchanged sexual photos and had a sexual relationship.
When interviewed by the detective, the woman would also have confessed the facts.
Sánchez admitted that he had a relationship with that student and said that the encounters occurred about 5 or 6 times between last December and January of this year.
The defendant also told the detectives that he had another prohibited relationship with a second student, also from 18. I would have had encounters with him at least twice last March.
The third victim had 15 at the time of the attack. According to the educator, it happened in August or September of 2021.
The suspect has been free on bail since 14 in May after paying a deposit of $26,000.
The employee was fired from the campus as a result of charges being filed against her. He worked in the place since August of 2020.
