We know Terry Crews as an actor, comedian, bodybuilder and former football player. So it is more than fair that for years, following his career, it is known what the properties he buys are like.
Crews recently bought a mansion in Pasadena, California, for $5.6 million Dollars. The new Spanish-style property was built in 1921 by renowned architect Reginald Davis Johnson, who was also responsible for the design of the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Barbara and the Hale Solar Laboratory in the same area.
The purchase of this mansion may mean a return to the beginning of the actor and his family, since they lived for several years in the area known for its history architectural. According to specialized media, the house they had before was quite humble and they sold it in 2003.
Although the property has been built for years, it is still in the best condition and that is in itself a great attraction that is worth every million Dollars. Among the architectural features that stand out in the property are the exposed beams, arched doors and terracotta tiles.
The main house is built on a plot of 1.14 acres and has an extension of 5,309 square footage distributed in four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, office and other amenities.
The property has several balconies with views of the exterior of the house and the area, so from each space you will have the privilege of having a relaxing view.
At the moment there are few details of the property inside, because not so many photos have been released that allow us to browse the place that could be the actor’s new home.
Crews is 100 years old and is remembered for having participated in the film ‘And where are the blondes?’ and, of course, his most famous character in the series ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’, which came to an end last year after eight seasons.
